Challenge:

  • Design/Build a 70,000 SF freezer addition
  • Significantly increase refrigeration efficiencies
  • Install a double activation pre-action dry sprinkler system

Objective:
Design/Build an efficient, yet safe, refrigeration generator for a 70,000 SF addition that included a 50,000 SF freezer, cool docks, and a dairy and meat cooler.

Execution:
The new addition included cool docks, dairy and meat coolers, and a double activaton pre-action dry sprinkler system that activities only when a true fire exists.
